Today I have edited the clips that I took over the weekend. I have run into quite a few problems this week; I have had trouble getting the clips from the SD card on to the computer so instead I had to transfer the clips at home and put them on a memory stick and then I was able to upload them. For this I created a youtube account. This is useful because any future clips I/we may film can be uploaded here (rhianon.mediaa2@gmail.com)
At the moment I have just put a few random accoustic tracks over the top of the videos. I did this because the initial audio was very loud and didn't fit with the clip at all (we want to present an image of serenity and love) So I put some other songs for now, just so we can get an idea of what the clips will look like within the context we want them.
I've also cut the clips and used the ones that are of better quality. There is still a lot of footage (too much really!) but we thought it is better to have more than less because we can then decide when it comes to putting the video together.
Holli has got some boys of different ages to record our opening monologue which I have listened to and absolutely love! It works so well with our video and the message we are trying to get across.
Another idea that was had is using some old baby footage. We thought this would be good because it shows another time.
